Dr Mark Evans, with over 30 years of experience and extensive qualifications, leads our Swansea-based team, providing RICS level 2 and 3 residential surveys, commercial surveys, dilapidations and project management in select areas of SA and CF postcodes. Our focus is on identifying significant defects that could be costly or hazardous, ensuring you receive a professional analysis without the technical jargon. We provide level 2 and level 3 surveys within 5 working days of the inspection, and are always available to answer any questions after you receive your report. All quotes are free of VAT.
